This is my first year owning an above ground pool and all the staff at Supreme spa and Pool have been great answering all my questions and take no care of any problems that have come up. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pool.
WE bought are pool at supreme pool in lincoln. We are going to put up by ourselves in the spring. They told us to call with any help or advice. They seem very helpfull.
After owning for three years a spa, we can't use due to leaks that Supreme Spa and Pool can't fix after four attempts....first the part is not available any more what a three year old spa no parts,Really....any way call number five is out to them to FIX again the leaks we can't get fixed thus we can't use for the past 4 months...Don't bother buying here if they can't service it. I have had my pool for 17 year's had to replace the liner this year had a problem with vacuum when I told them what it was doing they knew exactly how to fix it!!
Treated very rudely by the owner once he realized we had an intex pool. I went there for supplies.....unless your going to spend thousands on one of his pools don't bother entering.
We were referred to Supreme Spa and Pool because we have a friend who works there. We were wanting a smaller in ground pool and spent almost 2 hours at the store going through the details with the owner of the store who told us we would have a phone call later that day with estimate/details and nothing. Weeks passed and every time I called to talk to Joe they gave me the run around. They made it very clear we meant nothing to them and that they didn't want our business or our money.
