I had a new rubber roof on the main and second roof, frames on windows, capping rip out, 10 new aluminum capping around the edges of the roof, 1 new aluminum eave box, 1new skylight, all the flashing was nailed cemented fabric and re-cemented. This work was done on September 17, 2005. The contract I signed was for a 15 year guarantee. The total cost of the job was 4,250.00. It is 2016, only 11 years into the 15 year contract.
