I rarely write reviews but am doing so in the hope that I can help at least one person make a better decision than I did. I was a landlord using Supreme for around 1 year and found it to be a terrible experience. They were unprofessional, rude, lacked diligence, used contractors that provided bad information and made multiple mistakes. Their only positive is the low price. I’m sure everything is fine if you don’t have any problems with your property or tenants, but that is a risk you take. You get what you pay for though.
I have been renting and leasing places to live all my adult life. I have never gotten my security deposit back so quickly. Plus, Supreme kept me informed through the whole process.
I can rest easy knowing that my neighbors will be thoroughly screened like I was. There is nothing worse than having problem neighbors.
I just couldn’t keep up with all the applications and showing of my open units. I was so happy that Supreme not only took it over but does it so well. My tenants are happy and that makes me happy.
