I bought a brand new side-by-side from them back in 2019. And when I went a few years later and tried to trade it back in for a newer machine they wouldn't even buy it back. I've done all the services through them for my warranty. The machine only has 220 something hours on it now. Awsome for a vendor to be at a quad race
I bought my daughter a bike a few months back, they did not fill the tank up with gas like most places do when you’re spending that kind of money on a brand new bike. The bike also had three parts and that needed replaced within the first month of my daughter riding it. They said it was past warranty and did not cover the cost of the parts.
