I brought our Nissan Quest to the repair shop in early August 2020 for a transmission leak and a transmission that had started to periodically shift abruptly and harshly -with seemingly increasing frequency. This van had not seen a Nissan dealership since we bought it new many years ago, so I was hesitant to take it away from the regular repair facilities that has earned my trust. Don’t ever schedule an appointment with these people for service work. Had a 10 am appointment to get 4 locking lugs removed and 4 regular ones put back on. After setting the 10 an appointment I’m still here at 11:40 for 4 LUG NUTS.
Almost lost my business today. After a series of unfortunate events today Nissan almost lost a customer. On the other hand Mrs. Angela came out of the woodworks and made the day. Everything worked out just fine once she stepped in. Thanks again Nissan.
From the time I walked in they made it a priority to get me in the vehicle that was best for me. They were patient and so supportive. They made a decision that I thought would be difficult an easy, enjoyable time. They were very knowledgeable and took the time out to explains every detail and feature.
