Heather keep trying till they got it right, it took a long time but she didn't give up. I don't like you wanting more words than you need
Went in for an oil change and asked to check front end. Found my shocks and springs needed to be replaced. Agreed to have work completed, then received call in the afternoon that front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. All that and still received my car the same day and the car was driving and braking much better. Thanks Dale!
