They recently underwent reacquisition, many of their staff listed on their website no longer work there. As someone who relies on consistent medication refills, the fact that they haven't notified their patients of the change is alarming. On top of that, after getting a hold of their receptionist, they deactivated their phone line the next day. Supreme care and my provider Serena has taken a great care of me. I have been in pain and have tried different doctors and procedures before coming here. I was recommended to have major surgery to address my issues. I made an appointment to get another opinion before making a decision. We just now got all of my major disorders from all 12 times I been admitted to the hospital. And one day I go in and was told they can't see me anymore due to miscommunication. Now I'm having to find a doctor that won't just keep me on the medicine that has finally helped and I'm having to start over. I'm in tears because I was so sick and they figured out what I needed and then just discarded me like trash. It will take a year before you see the actual doctor that prescribes medications here. When you get your prescriptions sent in don't expect it till the next day as all scripts are approved at 6pm @night. Not to mention they charge more than your actual Insurance copay. They will also require that you find your own referral to any specialist that you may need. Or track down your own medications if there are any issues trying to fill them.
