Required two appointments to perform a vent cleaning. First, they sent an individual that spoke zero English to determine the entire exhaust was clogged, which was already known or should've been expected. Next, they sent a young guy to clean the entire vent system. I suppose he did a decent job cleaning the system and installing a new vent line, but left the dryer in position in the pic, along with scuffs and dents on the unit. Called this company due to an add for $79.00 dryer vent cleaning. They scheduled a time but ended up coming the same day. I moved the items out of the way for him to clean the vent into the wall, he put his vacuum hose into the vent and left it running for 15 minutes unmoved. Then told me to get on the roof to fix the problem was $350 dollars. My home is 2 years old. He also told me the vent me was stuck and not opening without a camera or being on my roof. Very pleased with the quick response time. The Techs were good and took care of the vent cleaning and added the new cage. I would highly recommend Surpreme.
