Called this company due to an add for $79.00 dryer vent cleaning. They scheduled a time but ended up coming the same day. I moved the items out of the way for him to clean the vent into the wall, he put his vacuum hose into the vent and left it running for 15 minutes unmoved. Then told me to get on the roof to fix the problem was $350 dollars. My home is 2 years old. He also told me the vent me was stuck and not opening without a camera or being on my roof. I’ve worked with Supreme Dryer Vent Cleaning twice now and both times I’ve been very satisfied. This time, Chase cleaned our vents and he did an excellent job. We have been doing renovations and had lots of drywall dust appearing in our air filter. He went above and beyond to make sure our home was cleaner than when he arrived.
