If the sales person had not been such a nice person, I would have walked out and not bought the vehicle I purchase. The people that work in title department were very rude when I inquired about the delay on my title.it has been over a month ( bought 09/16. It is 10/05. I did pay cash so By law I should hsve the title already. Next thing to happen the vehicle has a recall. I called to get the repairs done and have been put off . I've been in the auto industry for years. And this has to be the absolute worst dealership ever. Under ignorant leadership! Ignorant!!!!!!
Don't know what they did to their service department but just got my oil changed and they were fast and nice. Great experience, fresh coffee and Steve Harvey on the tube(which is a huge flat screen. Will come back from now on.
Treated me with care and would definitely recommend. Got me in and out quickly. Love my car and at a fair price.
Took my 05 Chevy in for a routine coolant system flush. Five hours later they call me with a litany of alleged repairs needed and want me to lay down $2,350 to fix it all. Sorry, I know my vehicle and its condition. I won't be funding Christmas bonuses for Supreme this year.
Maintenance department is ignorant and unorganized. Don't expect to get your recalls fixed. They won't have your parts and probably won't order them either. They've got a million salesmen sitting around but no workers to do anything constructive. Very displeased.
Well...they seem to be really nice, caring people (sales and service departments), but I seriously don't think they know as much as they need to know about Chevys in the service department, and I'm almost positive they straight up lied to me. I had to go to Brian Harris Chevy to get the Brake Promotion, they said that my car was not eligible for that promo. Supreme was going to charge $250.00 instead of $99.00. I bought 4 cars from them, but that didn't matter. No more will be bought from them!
