Supreme Detail is a DISHONEST business, run by unethical people. david sold me a mobile car wash package. 10 washes. He came for the first one, no problem. After that, it was extremely difficult to reach him. he ignored 90% of my requests to schedule. and the times he DID reply, there was always an excuse...he was sick, his van broke down. I was very patient and understanding until he kept ignorinf my requests. I asked for my money back and he said he'd send it. never did. This was my first time and he was so friendly and did a fantastic job on my car! Will definitely be going back!
I have nothing but good things to say about Supreme. I had my baby washed yesterday (had to go to a graduation) and had a sealant applied today. They did a great job and were extremely particular. It took about an hour longer than expected, but I called first. They were very busy today, so I wasn't surprised. I will definitely be going back. Everything I experienced today is the opposite of the negative comments. Thank you Supreme. "Natasha" (my car) looks beautiful.
If you want to risk using Supreme, be sure you don't do it through a deal. It seems he puts you waaaaay in the back of the line. He never, not once, returned a call to me though he promised to when he was "back at the shop and looking at his appointments". I had to call him every time, and after my third no-show mobile car wash appt, I gave up. There was always an excuse. I ended up getting a refund on the deal I bought instead.
