The technicians Alexander and Michael arrived on time prepped and immediately began to work with my rugs. They were clear and upfront with their services, told me about the process and what will be the possible outcome. The results were so good and I am thankful for them cleaning my rugs, smells brand new and the colors are so vibrant!
