They charged my card for something they represented as in stock. Then sent a delayed shipment message. Then another delayed shipment message. I eventually canceled as they would never get this part and ship it. Also that very part still shows as available right now. What poor business practice. Also I have not received my refund.

I ordered a Baseboard register that was listed as 10" x 6" and when I received it it was 14" x 7", I called to replace it and was told I ordered the wrong one cause in the fine detail the one I ordered was listed as 14 x 7 ,, In tiny print down the page, I was told that they wouldn't return it cause the shipping cost more than the item and I should return it on my own and then they would only charge me $5/ shipping for a new one ordered. I'll never order form them again. This was False advertisement on there part,
