Their customer support was very helpful. I messed up the shipping address on one of my orders and the carrier was unable to do anything about it. I was able to call Supply House and they also tried to get the package redirected. For whatever reason, the carrier was still unable to figure it out and send the original package back to them. Supply House saw this and re-issued the order with next day shipping without me even having to call them back. I really appreciate that level of customer service!
