My original order of 4 furnace filters never made it to me. I'm guessing it was damaged by **** the same as my order last year. I'm pleased how easily and quickly a replacement shipment was sent both times . I never had a problem before last year as I get the 4 filters once a year. Maybe *** Ex would do a better job.
