For whatever reason, the first motor I received was DOA. BUT ... the Supply House **************** Representative that I contacted sent me a prompt replacement. And, it works GREAT! great product.....excellent processing.....excellent price, shipping was super fair (very rare) ....usually if under $100 you pay $25 for a $3 part that weighs 6 ounces...and speed was also fantastic ....received over night with just standard ground shipping.....so all in all, I can truthfully say that this was probably THE BEST ever purchase on line that I have ever had.....would rate them 12 or 15 stars out of 10 if I could
