The salesperson was helpful, there was miscommunication about whether the fan requiring a dimmer would work in my single switch situation and after verifying at Lowe’s about the switch would not work for that fan I returned it within 1.5 hrs. They kept a $60 restocking fee. I spoke with manager and he was very fair and understood that I didn’t take fan home returning the fee . Thank you Ben! I so appreciate you contacting me and understanding!
Service is slow and not professional. 8 years ago they had there stuff together amd were a quality supplier . Now I'll go down the street to f.w Webb and pay a little more for better service and not wait all day for my order to be picked
I recently went to the Kitchen and Bath Gallery at Supply NE in Warwick to look at shower doors, shower heads, and bathroom faucets for my remodel. I had been to two or three other retailers before coming here. Marcia Dupree helped me and she was a rock star!
