TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! I do not reccomend – I was more than dissapointed with the supperclub. I went there Friday w/ my boyfriend and neither of us enjoyed ourselves. The entire theme was SO sac religious I could not even enjoy myself. Nowhere on the website does it say that the people would be dressed in gothic angels, trampy nuns, the entire theme to me was mocking God and I thought it was completely inappropriate since it does not give any warning of that nature. The shows, WASTE OF TIME! The nun sang beauty and the pries... read more

Head to this glitzy SOMA spot for a theatrical experience, stay for dinner in bed. – The Scene Padded red leather walls and disco balls surround nicely dressed 20- and 30-somethings sipping cocktails from the center bar. Servers sporting "Mad Max"-inspired costumes escort guests into the stark-white dining room as the proverbial curtain is lifted. An exhibition kitchen takes center stage, with a team of T-shirt-clad cooks making meals for a shoeless audience relaxing on white beds. Neon lights change the room's glow as clubb... read more

That is not a show. Waste of time and money. – Just went to Supperclub with a group of 4 on a Friday night. The citysearch review and photos make it look like quite a show. We were utterly disappointed. The show consisted of a motionless guy standing in the middle of the stage while another guy glued torn magazine pages to his body for about 90 minutes. Occassionally a big fat lady comes out and sings a tune and takes off most of her clothes. Then toward the end, the motionless guy comes to life, lip-syncs a song, tears off ... read more

Totally Unique Experience....Loved It!!! – Either I got extremely lucky the 2 times I had dinner at SupperClub, or some of these poor people in the previous posts had terrible luck. I had a fantastic time both times. First, the decor (and lighting) is STUNNING...world class! Second, I found the waitstaff to have a really good balance between being knowledgeable, efficient and attentive, yet at the same time they also were playful, sassy and fun....great service both times. I went the first time with my girlfriend and the sec... read more

SUHKERCLUB is more like it, be a suhker! go to dinner at the supperclub! – Wow, it's been a long time since i've felt so ripped off after a night of entertainment. So the entertainment was a half dressed idiot getting into a tank of cold water over and over again, people were clapping when he added ice to the water. What the hell were they applauding for? The food was terrible, 5 dishes over 5 hours WHEEEE! I thought for sure they were gonna screw up dessert, but it turned out okay. The music was way to loud, being served by... read more

I want my money back! – What a disappointment - save your time and money and DO NOT go to SupperClub. I was expecting a cool show and good food, but didn't get either one of those. The food was just ok - definitely not worth the money. We were served 5 courses over about 5 hours, but I wasn't even interested in what was coming out next after the 3rd course. As for the "show" - a guy floated in a tank 3 times during the night, and a girl sang the same melody to what seemed to be the same song 3 times during the night. I went ... read more

Do NOT go here for dinner ever, maybe just for dancing later – very expensive for what it is 5 course dinner last Saturday: #1: 1 smallsize box of popcorn, to split with 4 peope, #2 tiny salad, #3 a soup served in a cardboard small-size cup (same as an 8-ounce coffee cup) and no spoon, #4 pork, good dish, #5 3 mini cones of icecream, pathetic, you can find better at Safeway. the waitresses (3 different ones, so it means they're trained to do this) were VERY pushy with wines, to the pouint whee twice they brought bottles we h... read more

It tries so hard to be cool that it's not – The food was very good when i was there, but the show left a lot to be desired. We and the people in the booths near us couldn't stop laughing at what they called a 'show'. If i thought sporting sparkles, heavy makeup, a white spandex cat suit and ONE platform shoe and walking around like i was a robot is art then i would have given my 8 year old niece the $100 we spent on dinner. The show was boring.

Weirdest night in SF yet... – Ok, this place is WEIRD. Typical snotty hostesses assuming you're not on a list. I met my friends for drinks there who had come earlier for dinner. Their dinner reservations were for 7:45pm, and when I got there at 11:30 pm, they had JUST GOTTEN THEIR FOOD! Are you kidding me??! The waiters were dressed in harlequin drag and were a bit rude. The walkways on the upper level are small, so if you need to go downstairs to use the restroom, it takes you 10 minutes and you step all over everybody. It'... read more
