I ordered a 1.5in leaf spring lift for my 89' Wrangler and the kit was missing one of the two brackets to lower the transmission skid plate. A handful of emails between June and August and I'm still waiting... After having one service person explain the first email went from their online form to junk mail, and no response after a month from the second person, I'm surprised I received any parts at all. Still waiting on it to be shipped and no response on being told when it will be shipped. Been 4 days since ordered and it's only a level kit. Not best impressed soo far
I purchased my 6'' Superlift system for my 80 K20 Scottsdale, and was very pleased to see the high quality for parts and workmanship hasn't changed since their early production days. They offer the best online customer service and had everything shipped fast and free, By far, the best systems on the market. And best of all "STILL MADE IN THE USA!!!" Keep up the good work.
I have broken lots of my brackets and the customer service is great for me they send me the parts and correct ones ever time so I can't complain
To be honest they dont even diserve one star there coustomer service and product were both shit, the damn a-arm rubs my tire and they are just a shitty design overall do not buy there lift kits!!!!!!
