Great parts and great customer service. Received my entire lift in just 2 days after ordering. Everything was a perfect fit as always!
If anyone has ever considered a Superlift lift kit, let me show why you should reconsider one... I've spent over 2 hours calling, then waiting and waiting for calls or emails back over the last few months (don't even get 1 day a week to work on the truck). Brackets do NOT fit together, bolt hole measurements are off. The powder coat flakes off when you touch it. Had missing hardware on day one of the install. Ordered a lift kit for my truck got a email saying was on back order for 3 weeks called them see what they could do didn't even mention if there was any other lifts for my truck so ended up canceling it then takes almost 7 days to get the money back in your act woulda been better if there customer service was actually trying but they didn't even care so canceled it
Good luck getting all your parts or getting then to pick up the phone.
Bought a lift system for my f150 when I received it a week late was severely damaged customer service wanted to make it right sent me a free steering system and none of the tie rod nuts fit trucks been down over a month now shoulda paid the extra and got a skyjacker I will never deal with super lift again
Some of our Jeep lifts at the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership are made by Superlift. Every time I've had a problem, they were quick to resolve it. Top notch folks in West Monroe. Being just south of them in Alexandria, I really enjoy supporting a company that is somewhat local. One day I hope I can afford to do a lift with their kit on my 2015 Ram 1500 4x4.
Lift went on great and the ride is just as good as factory. Customer loved her truck.
