Will never buy another Superlift Suspension Kit “ever”.... I was told the kit would take 3-5 business days to come in and now I am on day# 6. Called and was told it would be another 3-4 business days to be shipped due to (1) part having to be power-coated. Tried to get upgraded shocks or something to compensate for getting the “run around”. Horrible customer service
after reading the reviews I will not purchase superlift for my lift. the negative reviews out weigh the positive.
RecommendedJust lifted my 2007 gmc 2500 HD wit kit Part#K860. Was very impressed that the only thing that the alignment shop had to do after it was lifted was set the Toe, since i put PPE stage 3 Tie Rods on.
Stopped building the kit I was sold two years ago and didn’t bother to tell me I was buying a kit they no longer made. I was told that because the shocks are blown that I would be required to buy new pieces because Again, they sold me something they no longer made without telling me. Even though they have a “lifetime warranty”. Awful customer service. Will not be back and will be sharing the word on all of the forums.
Our company has been with Superlift for 37 years strong and their product is on of the best on the market in our opinion.
The customer service is absolutely incredible. The quality of the lift kit is the best I've seen. Ride quality improved after installation. No alignment issues like I had previously experienced with other brands. No one can compete with the quality, cost and customer service.
Put a 6.5 lift on my 18 GMC Z71 it’s awesome. The ride is great and all the parts are top quality American made.
first by getting orders to people in the proper and correct amount of time. It would also help a lot if yall put everything in 1 package instead of freely shipping the leaf packs separate (which by the way causes them to get scratched and damaged). Then your sales associate Jason ext 3023 could probably use some customer service training, after i called he acted like he never spoke to anyone at the shop that ordered this stuff and had almost no knowledge of the order or way to track it or way to see where it got lost, we wer... read more
I have been in the business of lift kits, installation, wheels and tires for nearly 10 years and I have never dealt with such a horrible company. Their representative tells me their kit with work on either a 2WD or 4WD. Shame on me for not looking but shame on them for telling me it’ll work. They won’t do anything to help out someone that sells their products. Don’t buy their junk suspension systems.
