I purchased six Italian Cypress trees from Superlative Service, Inc and five of them died in the first 30 days! I paid for them to create a special tree bed for the trees and had them set my sprinklers to ensure accurate watering. I had to call multiple times before they would respond. After a month, they sent someone to my house. They dug up two of the dead trees (while I wasnt home), left the trees laying in my yard and refused to replace them claiming I over watered!
