You property management companies really need to get it together, it doesn’t make any sense on how it’s so many horrible reviews on different management companies in Los Angeles county!
Spoke to a “CJ” or “Karen” who essentially asked me not to waste their time by calling to ask a question, disgusting behavior from staff. They must hate successful business with the way they drive people away.
Very disappointing/frustrating customer service. Called to ask about the application requirements and was told “it’s logical to know what paperwork to bring”. Yet I was told two contradicting answers by the same person. I didn’t realize asking for clarification would result in being spoken to in a condescending manner.
so rude and unprofessional. unfortunately, my experience as a prospective tenant was disappointing. communication was unprofessional and unkind, information changed throughout the process, and it was difficult to obtain straightforward answers to basic leasing questions. management was also disorganized, which is something to look out for when dealing with potential landlords during your lease.
Excellent opeators, glad I found them very professional!!
