Spencer called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He wore shoe covers while in my home. He quickly and efficiently did the upgrade on my reverse osmosis system and then checked my water conditioner and adjusted the settings. He was very professional and respectful. Thank you Spencer

Fairly new water heater went out, still on warrenty, but they couldn't help me. Called Superior on Saturday and they set aside time to help me on Monday. Trent came out at 1:30 & got the job done complete with missing pressure tank and straps. We are pleased with their quick response and expertise. V & M Andreason
