They have been a great company to work with. There service plans can help to save greatly if something major has to be worked on or replaced up to $2000. If it goes over that I'm not sure who pays what you have to pay a service call of $60 dollars with each visit.
Great service!!! Timely arrival, kept our home clean, explained all the work to be done and the results of the testing. Provided me with a good solution for going forward into the next few years with maintenance on our RO and conditioner systems. Austin was excellent! I was adding a post about what a good job David Bailey did servicing my air conditioner, but I ran afoul of yet another Facebook user interface stupidity. Who makes these decisions. I'm glad SW&A does a better job than Facebook web designers.
