Great experience at Superior Van &Mobility Madison Avenue store. Karen was very knowledgeable and cared about what would be best for my problem. Very friendly people and very responsive to email and messages.
Purchased a wheelchair van from a private owner that needed work. Eric is the technician that worked on the van for us throughout the entire process. He expressed to me that it was his job to ensure that I would have adequate transportation for my handicapped wife. It took several visits but I am now confident in the deployment operation of the ramp. We appreciate his efforts to keep us mobile.
