Excellent service, very knowledgeable and patient.
We bought a used van with a lift installed for my husband elsewhere as he is in a wheelchair full time, we were having issues with it so we took it to Superior to have the lift fixed, Robert the tech thought it was necessary to be rude to me as I asked to speak to him regarding the service. He has 0 customer service skills and basically talking down the van that we purchased.
