Today was my second visit to Superior Trailer, and it definitely won't be my last! Words can't describe how thankful I am that Rick Russell was the one behind the counter. He could've very well told me to come back on Monday when I showed up at 12:02 knowing they closed at noon, but he didn't. Even though all the computers were down, Rick jumped through hoops to get things up and running so I could get the door handle I needed for my trailer.
