I recently purchased two 8.5x24ft enclosed Bravo trailers. One was located at the Burlington,NC location and the other in Richmond, VA. Steve handled the sales side of things at the NC location from getting me the extract trailers I wanted, coordinating things with the VA dealership, and my bank regarding the wire transfer for payment. Brittany handled the paperwork for both trailers in NC so retrieving the VA trailer was just a matter of going to get it (there is a shipping option too.). Scott and Lydia and their entire team are amazing. I realize this is going to sound like a cheesy recommendation but it is true. They went above and beyond and did everything that a girl could ever hope for for her new trailer and her old one as well. Thank you Superior for living up to your name :-)
If you’re in the market for a good quality trailer it’s definitely the place to go. But the customer service on the other hand needs some improvements.
If anybody looking for a trailer please go see Paul Lydia and Tina they are wonderful down to earth people that are well knowledgeable on any trailer needs thank you again Paul Lydia and Tina for your time and patience
We purchased our new dump trailer here, Lydia and Priscilla were awesome. Explained to us the differences between each trailer and what we needed for the work we do. They also even helped with my impatient 14month old while we went through the financing process. We have had our trailer a couple of months and love it. If we ever need another we will be back!
