Huge shout-out of thanks to Mike Bishop. Mike went above and beyond when it came to wanting to get another car. Living in NC, he made this the easiest process ever being able to tell him what I was looking for and then finding me the perfect car. Worst service department I've ever experienced. All idiots. Need completely new staff, messed up my car more then they have fixed it
I've spent $1,200 to replace 2 parts to fix my air conditioning. It still does not work!!! The service department had to keep my car for 2 extra days because they ordered the wrong part that I apparently didn't need because it did not fix the problem. I have called the service department 4 times in the last hour and can not get anyone to answer. I will be bringing it back to get this issue resolved but then that will be it. I will not be back.

I just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to the staff at the Superior Toyota Hyundai dealership. I stopped by today to ask them a question about my broken mirror, and they were more than willing and happy to help!
