Very disappointed. I have a vinager smell coming from my vent in my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. 50.00 later still have same smell. Claims no one has had this complaint before. Look it up on line! The guy at service desk - rude, arrogant. Also ... teach or explain to him the difference between a dead animal smell and vinagar. Will never come back. Also will contact Hyundai regarding the matter.
Everyone I've dealt with has been awesome. I have no problems trusting the service department doing what they say. From sales to service, Superior is worth every penny.
Excellent rating for Bob Crock. He was super knowledgable, professional, and caring. All of the sales staff were very busy the day we were there but he took the time to go the extra mile for us. I will definitely recommend Superior Auto and Bob Crock.
