What a joke! Had to wait two days on a motor that I was assured would be ready two days earlier. Turns out they sold me a trash motor that had two dead cylinders. They couldn't even tell me which motor was sold to me or if it was even one that I found on car-parts.com. The manager said the'd replace it but didn't have another one that would start as I requested. After numerous calls I finally got a refund. Found engine for rodeo on craigslist, was promised 87k motor from isuzu rodeo, was given a motor from a Passport, that hit 94k in 2003 on CarFax. Informed them and they said it was not their problem. I should have been concerned when they had me wait to pull the engine, then when showed up 2 hrs later to get engine asked to see car, and they said it already had been destroyed. This salvage yard sucks! I called for a part and asked if they pull it for me for when I arrived later (4 hours) that day. The guy said they will only pull the part after I had paid for it. I asked if I could pay for it over the phone would they pull it and have it ready. The guy agreed to do it and call me if there was a problem. 5 hours later I arrived and they didn't pull the part and I had to come back later. After bring up that I bought the part early that morning and I would like some kind of reimbursement for my time.... read more
Best place in Tulsa for parts! I love the prices and the staff are great guys...waiting area is clean and cool! Pulled my parts and gave me the deal of the century, couldn't ask for more. I'll definitely shop here again..you should too!
