Our roof is only 7 years old, has no leaks and still looks new. John came out and was up on the roof for 5 minutes and said he “found” a couple nails that needed to be silicone caulked and that it would cost $395 to do it. Superior Roofing repaired my roof this summer, preparing it for the winter time. I know absolutely nothing about roofs but Jon who was the estimator was very good with explaining to me and showing me what I needed done on my roof he even showed me videos of the process of what was going on on my home. The repair was quick and professional, highly recommend! Not to mention Jon is a very handsome boy your lucky if you get him as your estimator;)
So very happy with the work done for us by Superior Roofing. The Project Manager came to see the work we wanted done in a very timely manner, the written estimate of work to be done was detailed & accurate. Great price, professional quality and overall amazing customer service! I dealt directly with Jon and he helped me with the entire process from start to finish. I had a lot of bad experiences with other companies as I was trying to get an estimate to repair my roof after a tree fell on it, but once I called up Jon, he was very friendly and made his way over to my home fast. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and got me my estimate quickly. Will definitely be referring their services to anyone in need of roofing work.
