They will take any part of your security deposit possible! Superior is a decent management. We got into a house with no problems and they were pretty good about fixing things quickly. However, when we moved out, we cleaned the carpet and the ENTIRE house. They got the contract even from the carpet cleaner so they KNEW it was done. We also had photos taken. But 2 weeks AFTER they moved in a new resident, they had the carpets cleaned and charged US just because their new residents said it was dirty or something! They also char... read more
