We live 1 hour from Knoxville Tn. We had a problem with our heater to the pool. Our guy that fixes our pool for us called a pool supply place and they told him they had 1 left and we could pick it up the next day. Drove to Knoxville, they couldn’t locate the product once we got there. I got on google and started searching for another place that might have the part.. found Superior had to drive back across Knoxville, went in and Jason was so wonderful to us and helped us.
