ZERO star is what I would give this place. I called them to get a ballpark estimate on installing a toilet. I was told that they don’t give quotes over the phone. They would need to send a plumber there for $129 to look at the existing toilet and assess the cost. It’s a toilet; straight forward job. If I don’t go ahead with installation, I lose $129 plus tax!
