I just wanted to share some positive feedback about Ian. When my pipe burst due to freezing, he came in on short notice and quickly addressed the issue. His professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. He resolved everything in a timely manner, and I felt relieved knowing the problem was in good hands. George is absolutely amazing. He is extremely friendly and takes the time to explain the problem to me in ways that I understand what is wrong and what and how he will do to fix it. He has come twice in the past month. Previous plumbers are always rushing and are in and out providing bandaid fixes. George is thorough in his work so that the problems will not arise again! Made the call early afternoon and George showed up within the timeframe indicated. After a quick assessment uncovering the original setup of my kitchen sink pipes and what’s causing the blockage, he clearly highlighted where the issues were and how to fix it.
