had a really great experience with Superior Plumbing. They were easy to schedule with, showed up right on time, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. The pricing was upfront with no surprises, and they left everything clean when the job was done. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but I’d definitely call them again.

I had called about a dripping tap and Drew arrived in a timely manner. He was efficient with his diagnosis and quoted me a reasonable price. Overall a great experience and I would call Superior plumbing and heating for any other issues that may rise in the future.

They acted fast for the first time i called for installing new furnace & AC systems. However, when come to guarantee the service that there was no heat coming out, you have to call them tons of time and wait in vain to know when they can schedule an appointment for you. Only one issue that new furnace not working properly, no heat coming out, they came to my house 3 times within 2 weeks, and nothing resolved. What a great experience! Zack and Chandler were just a joy to deal with and their knowledge and expertise were incredible. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because of their young ages and thought they might not be experienced with our complicated water system, but I was blown away by their understanding and problem solving abilities. I will definitely recruit them for future repairs or installs. Thanks so much!
