We had a leak in the water heater, and water was not getting getting heated very erratically. We had contacted the above plumbing service, they came the next day and gave and estimate of 1500 to change the valve , and also charged 149 and gst for the visit which they said will be deducted from the work if done. had a really great experience with Superior Plumbing. They were easy to schedule with, showed up right on time, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. The pricing was upfront with no surprises, and they left everything clean when the job was done. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but I’d definitely call them again.

Drew came at the scheduled time. He walked through the house to look at the problem. I don't blame Drew for my issue with the experience and that's why I'll give 3 stars. This was an alternate quote for the same issue. Upon looking into the supplies as I discussed with Drew and the service he would be providing I discovered less than $1000 for materials and over $15,000 leftover for I'm assuming labour? I had called about a dripping tap and Drew arrived in a timely manner. He was efficient with his diagnosis and quoted me a reasonable price. Overall a great experience and I would call Superior plumbing and heating for any other issues that may rise in the future.

What a great experience! Zack and Chandler were just a joy to deal with and their knowledge and expertise were incredible. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because of their young ages and thought they might not be experienced with our complicated water system, but I was blown away by their understanding and problem solving abilities. I will definitely recruit them for future repairs or installs. Thanks so much!
