Had Tyler come by to check out our HVAC system and he did an awesome job. Super chill guy, showed up on time, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn't try to upsell anything. He fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was running smooth before he left. Honestly, you can tell he knows his stuff. Would definitely call him again if anything comes up.

Edit - I have received the refund of $250 Recently I had a bad experience with Superior Plumbing NiagaraFalls . I had a water leak from the main-floor toilet that appeared in the basement. I replaced the wax ring and the leak stopped, but I had difficulty tightening the toilet on to the floor. I called them and one of the plumbers came in the afternoon and informed me that the flange is broken and need to be replaced. Kurtis was absolutely awesome, very friendly, explained what was going on, and advised of potential options moving forward depending on the initial assessment and attempted fixes. In the end, he was able to resolve our issue and get us back to normal. Great experience.

Zack and his apprentice were very knowledgeable, polite and fast. They came out and had the issue figured out very quickly then solved the problem of my blocked pipes. Prices were reasonable too. 10 out of 10 would hire again. My thanks to them and Superior Plumbing for their good work.

The toilet in my house was broken. Since I saw that this company had a very high rating, I called them. Someone came to my door quickly, which was a good thing.
