All week we worked with our Salesman Bobby, he was great, he had everything set up. His GM Joel had already told us what we would be approved for. They already had all the credit information ahead of time. We get there and Joel changed his mind. Wanted to put us in some thing totally different than we wanted. Joel talked down to his employees and customers! I can not stand someone to act like a condescending prick, and that is what Joel is. Bobby was great.
