Great sals person Lindsey, great service and just an outstanding automobile my Nissan Altima and Rogue.
Our salesman, Lonnie, was amazing when we purchased our truck. But when our State Farm insurance offered a better deal on gap insurance, we have tried calling for 2 weeks to get the other cancelled by the dealership, no reply. This is my second trip to the dealership... I've been sitting in the front of the store for some time now just waiting to ask the finance manager if he's received all our paperwork... Kind of frustrating...
Today I had an excellent experience at Superior Nissan. Bob Makara was an excellent person to work with. I've been to a couple places where the employees become upset with you if don't take their very first offer on the table. This did not occur for me at all, I told them exactly what kind of car I wanted, why I wanted it, and they went above and beyond to make sure it happened.
