This company is a scam. They billed me a $300 application fee for a rental unit in Lighthouse Point and after payment was submitted they became unresponsive and never even made a decision as to whether I qualified for a rental unit and I have a credit score of over 800. As soon as I paid the application fee they just took my money and never responded. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE THEIR BOGUS SCAM APPLICATION FEE OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. If I could give zero stars I would. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
They told us they were holding the property for us, we sent them all the documents they asked for, we even paid the non-refundable $300 application fee. We waited a few days…no word, a week later we would have a word by Wednesday, Wednesday came…no response. 12 days later after calling them they said we were missing documents. We decided to rent out our condo in Florida, and because we're not on site, to give it to an agency. Stephanie is a fully licensed real estate agent, lives locally and is very courteous and professional. Our condo (furnished) rented out within a week and everything has been running smoothly.
