My experience with Burns was over the top, was eyeing the K5 EX for a month. Ever since I test drove I was smiling ear to ear, after comparing with other dealers Burns had the better deal and was closer to home. Jason, who worked with me since I came originally was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and made my buying experience smooth, very glad I worked with him and very happy with my purchase!
Fred was awesome in helping me with my purchase I came in with so much going on and he had so much patience. My husband initially went to JT’s Kia in Columbia. It was a horrible experience. They did not value his time at all and seemed bothered to show him inventory. He left the lot after letting them know he would be buying a vehicle that day but they would never get one cent from him. He then headed to O’burg. That was the best decision he could have made! Little George was a great salesman to work with. No pushing extra products, no haggling for hours. I was able to get information back quickly to make my decision on my time and that is refreshing.
