I went to one of their liquidation sales in 2015. They put me in a preowned 2010 Honda Civic. Recently I had to replace a tire, only to find out they have the lug nuts that require a key to remove them. That's when I realized I had no key. Instead of them replacing them free of charge they offered to take them off or bill me for new ones. Why should you bill me for something that initally came with the car? Do not buy a car from these slick fast talking car salesmen. Their only concern is getting a sale.
I will never in my life purchase from them again. After one day of purchasing a vehicle I was having problems and was told to wait at least two weeks for the warranty to kick in and when it did..the problem was not covered. I had to pay over $800 for a vehicle I had for lest then a month... Never again
When I arrived on the lot all the cars including the one under the awning were filthy. The salesman wasnt interested in trying to get me what i wanted but trying to get me whatever broke down car he had on the lot. When we showed up no one greeted us and acted as if we were bothering them. I wouldnt buy a bicycle from them. They need a complete makeover including employees
This is not the place to go if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. They do not do a 16 point inspection, they only change the oil. They are rude when you call to find out about a vehicle. Salesman hung up on me twice when I was inquiring about something. They will NEVER get my business.
