Trey was our recent tech, and is excellent. He was very thorough, professional, and made sure we had a full understanding of everything. All of their techs have been excellent in the past. We have used them for 15 years, and have been very pleased with their service.
While I knew my old H/C needed replacing, I was reluctant to face the expense. However, Eli was careful to explain the energy costs that could be reduced w/ a modern unit. There were also safety issues regarding overheating of the fan motor. Amos & Randy replaced the unit, but the duct work was more than they’d anticipated, so Tyler & Ron endured that task on a second day. Very satisfied w/ friendly, proficient service. Would highly recommend Superior Heating& Cooling.
I: have been a long time contract customer of Superior Heating and Cooling. I have had three units installed by them over the many years. I can say that they have always been responsive to any maintenance issue. I just ;had my third unit installed yesterday. Amos and Randy did the work and these young men were excellent. They are both an asset to the company. I have personally dealt with Chris, the owner, in the past. He is a man of his word. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
