I had a great experience at this Southington location. The staff is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. My gas logs finally look great and my daughter loves it...I can't say the same about the Avon location, which is why I'll give 5 Stars to Southington.
I contacted the service department at Superior in Southington and was very impressed with Katelyn. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful regarding a thermostat replacement for my fireplace. The tech that came out was professional and fixed the issue very quickly. Very happy with this business from start to finish. Great job!
