Was just picking up a replacement part we ordered for our wood stove insert.
Superior had a great selection of gas fireplaces and made it so easy to get a custom cut faceplate - something other places seemed to struggle with - since we had an existing brick/wood wall that needed to be worked around. The end result is beautiful! My only complaint is that they didn’t communicate enough about delays or scheduling. I also wish they had embedded electricians/plumbers to take care of electric and gas hookups but that seems to be the norm, I just wish it wasn’t because that added a lot of delays in the fina... read more
We had a great experience with Superior Hearth, Spa & Leisure in Southington. Kirsten was a pleasure to work with—extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient in answering all of our questions. We absolutely love our new fireplace! The installation went smoothly, and Gene was also excellent.
