Purchased new VC defiant and have a warranty issue. Cannot get a call back from Superior. Have called several times in the past 5 weeks and have been told a tech would call me

Easy to work with and very knowledgeable on there products
In May I was given the wrong shock for my bromine tub that can't use a chlorine product which the shock did have dichloro as an active ingredient. (I always state that I have a bromine tub) 8/25 I returned to the store and was first told it was the correct product, then was told it may not be, but they refused to do anything with the $90 shock that I couldn't use. So now I will drain my hot tub, go to Liesuretime of Southbury, and make all my future purchases from them. Not a good business model in my opinion.
