Let’s see, where do I begin, so many issues! We went to them about replacing an older Vermont casting propane stove. Was up in the air about another Vermont casting or another propane (ie: jotul ) stove. Was told if I stayed with the Vermont casting I won’t have to change the piping or the vent system so ordered a new Vermont stove. It arrived, they came to install, long and short, we were told we needed to replace the old stove pipe and install a whole new vent system.
