Wonderful service at Superior Hearth. Robin was able to answer all my questions and gave great advice. The installation was a breeze. These guys are professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Take a look at the photo.
From the beginning I had a bad feeling about this company starting with the poor customer service from the sales rep “Robin”. They were offering a speedy install, so I figured I would continue the process. My husband took accurate measurements of our fireplace etc. I choose the wood burning insert of my liking. When the gentlemen came to install, we were told the insert will not fit. Superior didn’t have any other wood inserts that blended with my decor. So I had them cancel the order. My daughter Shareen and I had Sam from Superior come to service our fireplace here in Glastonbury, it was excellent service from start to finish. He called ahead, wore shoe covers and spread a protective covering over our carpet all without being asked. He was so efficient and explained everything so we were completely clear on what was done as part of servicing of the fireplace.
