In May I was given the wrong shock for my bromine tub that can't use a chlorine product which the shock did have dichloro as an active ingredient. (I always state that I have a bromine tub) 8/25 I returned to the store and was first told it was the correct product, then was told it may not be, but they refused to do anything with the $90 shock that I couldn't use. So now I will drain my hot tub, go to Liesuretime of Southbury, and make all my future purchases from them. Not a good business model in my opinion.

I had a great experience at this Southington location. The staff is very knowledgeable, and very helpful. My gas logs finally look great and my daughter loves it...I can't say the same about the Avon location, which is why I'll give 5 Stars to Southington.
