Amazing experience! We were looking to replace the 40 year old "slammer" that came with our house. It was not up to code and a fire hazard. Received several quotes on pellet stoves from different dealers but Superior was the best. Not only that, they gave it to us straight and didn't try to up sell us on stuff we did not need. We recently had a Yotul wood stove insert installed in our fireplace. We were blown away in the showroom with Ashley’s knowledge of her products and her ability to assess our needs so we made the right purchase. Dane came out and did the site inspection and Kurt came out and did the install. We were very happy with their level of customer service throughout the process.
100% one of the best companies I have worked with! Start to finish they were amazing. Friendly staff and great service. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating and our job wasn't quite the run of the mill install. They went above and beyond and their prices included extras that competitors didn't. If you are in the market this is the company to use.
Once again, Superior exceeds my expectations! They have always taken good care of me, but when I couldn’t get my pellet stove to start up for the first time of the season today, they made time for me SAME DAY (their next regular appointment was 4 weeks out, but the technician agreed to add me to the end of his day). It was a quick easy fix, and now I’m back up and running. Thank you, Superior!
