We had our gas fireplace serviced last week and the technician did an awesome job. He disassembled the entire gas system and cleaned everything throughly. He was very professional and gave very detailed explanation of why he had a problem with the gas flow with system. I strongly reccomend them and will use them again in the future.
We had a complete fireplace redo last week, our existing unit was taken out and replaced with a pellet stove, and our wall reframed. Our technicians did amazing work and we couldn’t be more pleased! They were super easy to work with, very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had! The office staff is an amazing team and they all go above and beyond anything that’s asked of them. I really enjoyed working with them. I highly recommend this company!
We had them repair our gas fireplace. They are very busy and it takes a little time to get an appt but it is worth it, they are very thorough and on the up and up. The office staff and the technician who came, were equally awesome. I highly recommend them!
I can't say enough about the great work these men did at our house. They were professional. Since it was going to be an unusual install with a wood stove, they thought outside the box with how and where to place the pipe. During the install they made sure where everything was placed was not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. Cleaned up after themselves and take pride in their work. I also received a bonus.
