Had this installed a few years back and we always have it serviced every year. We luv that we are always treated like part of the family. We have had several people also purchase from them it is very had to find costumer service like this in today’s BIG BOX store world.

I purchased my pellet stove 4 years ago. I still love it. I have it serviced annually by the Superior Fireplace and Hot Tubs technicians. They are always professional and courteous. And they do a thorough job. If I have a question regarding the stove or service, they always have the answer. The office staff is also great to work with. Also professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Superior Fireplace to anyone looking for a pellet stove.
I just got the absolute 43 pellet stove recently installed and couldn't be happier. The staff is very knowledgable and very helpfull. After doing my research on pellet stoves I've found that Harmen pellet stoves really are the pioneer's and Cadillac's of pallet stoves. The installers did a really nice job and went over all the details and operation once complete. I will have a nice warm basement for decade's to come. Thank you
Superior installed our pellet stove about a month ago. They are so knowledgeable and great to work with. The process was hassle free and a enjoyable from start to finish! We’re so pleased that we’ve already requested a quote to replace our gas insert next! We wouldn’t use anyone other than Superior!
