They will not work with you on pricing. I was looking to trade in a loaded 2005 GMC with a DewEze hay bed, with only 82K miles. They only offered me $6500 for my trade and were only willing to come down $900 on the truck I was looking at. Know the value of your vehicle before going in there. They are not trustworthy and will not give you what your trade is worth.
We had a great experience at Superior Dodge. The week before I was in an Accident. We did not know what type of vehicle we were looking for. Our salesman Bryant was able to help my wife and I don’t the perfect car for our family. He did not start with cars that were fully loaded, with things we did not need. He took the time to understand what our needs were and showed us cars that would for us. He had the car prepared and gassed up for us the same day. I couldn’t think about going anywhere else.
Aaron, Travis, and Mark were outstanding!! Totally first class.....as good a buying experience as I’ve ever had. Great team at SDCJ in Siloam Springs!!!!
