I would recommend getting an alignment somewhere else. They charge double compared to other places. If they charge double for that I imagine other things cost more too.
This is with regards to the service department. They should be sued. They lied, did lazy work, and destroyed my vehicle. I understand the issue with my vehicle was hard to work on. I even took the carpets out so they could check for leaks on the bare metal. However they lied when they said they water tested it the first time. Lied when they said they washed it. If you are looking to do business with someone who operates with honesty and integrity, Superior Dodge is NOT the place you want to do business. The group of sales managers there have no integrity at all. They will try to low ball you on your trade and have you pay above sticker for the car you are wanting to buy. I wasted several hours over there Saturday only to feeling insulted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AYONE DOING BUSINESS THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOHR TIME!
