My dad and husband both work there. Everyone there is genuinely nice. You'll never make to the door without someone asking you what you need. They can work around certain situations and get you the best bang for your buck! They have great certified pre-owned vehicles for pretty decent prices, low miles, and great conditions. We love our Chrysler 300 we purchased from Superior in Conway and the excellent Service Department they have.
After less than 30 days, my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport, starts to literally fall apart. Instead of providing me with a rental for a few days while they fix my extremely shoddy vehicle, they actually neglect to return TWO of my phone calls. I can not tell you how horribly stunned I am to be treated like this. It should not be possible to treat people like this and still be in business. My only regret is that you can't leave negative stars.
